For orders placed on Suncomollc, customers are given a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or make changes before the order enters processing.

After this 24-hour period, orders are typically processed and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and we will confirm once your request has been processed.

3. Refund For Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
